About The Farm

Established in 2009, The Farm is a locally-owned and operated Colorado cannabis dispensary in the heart of Boulder. At The Farm, we are passionate about growing the cleanest, most potent, natural Craft Cannabis for adults 21 and over. Why? Because we care about the health and well-being of our customers, our employees, and our community. The Farm has been a local pioneer in compliance, helping to shape the movement for responsible consumption of cannabis in Colorado. What Are We Looking For?

We are looking for people who are passionate about cannabis and can represent themselves as positive pioneers to help end cannabis prohibition. Whether you are an established or aspiring professional, we value individuals with a blend of technical skills and soft skills. Technical skills are the knowledge and abilities needed to accomplish the job duties, responsibilities and tasks for a specific position. Examples of technical skills include knowledge of terpene profiles and how they effect the experience of consuming cannabis for a Cannabis Service Representative, search engine optimization (SEO) for a Marketer, or accounts receivable reconciliations as an Accounting Clerk. Soft skills are personal attributes that enable effective interactions and positive relationships within the working environment. Examples of soft skills are empathy, interpersonal skills, communication, and a positive attitude. We value accountability, dependability, flexibility, hard work, honesty, humility, integrity and teamwork (among other traits).

Total Compensation

All employees working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for medical, dental and vision benefits on the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment. The Farm contributes towards the medical premium for employees who participate in the medical plan and premiums are deducted on a pre-tax basis. The Farm also offers paid time-off for all full-time employees. All employees are eligible for 50% reimbursement on a monthly RTD bus pass after 90 days of employment. Employee discount of 40% on all products in both our recreational and medical dispensaries. The Farm is a learning organization that provides all employees with internal and external educational courses focused on professional development.

The Cannabis Industry

The cannabis industry is highly regulated and there are specific qualifications in the state of Colorado for obtaining a badge granted by the Marijuana Enforcement Division. A few of the most basic requirements are applicants must be 21 or over, never been convicted of a felony at any time regarding the possession, distribution or use of a controlled substance and must be a Colorado resident.
